The National Association of Planning Attorneys for Families is dedicated for addressing three key areas of practice for member-attorneys:

1. Planning tools that enable members to provide their clients with comprehensive solutions that go beyond traditional elder-style estate planning
2. Marketing tools that enable members to reach and connect with families with children who are minors or who have special needs

3. Educational resources that focus on the application of broad estate planning concepts to the unique needs of younger families
   Including: A members-only listserv designed to create a culture of openness, sharing and support
